About Me
My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Web and Interactive Media Design from The Art Institute of Charlotte in 2011, where I acquired skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University in 2024, deepening my understanding of effective learning principles and technology integration.
The past eight years at Verizon Wireless have shown my ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Wearing multiple hats as a Manager and participating in various programs, Developer on Deck: Instructional Designer, Emergency Response Team, and various leadership development programs.
Beyond technical expertise, my skillsets blend employee training and development, leadership, innovative thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure. Every challenge I face motivates me to create learning experiences that resonate with diverse learners and leave a lasting impact, whether it's through Microsoft Office presentations, Google Suite collaboration tools, or interactive e-learning modules.
