Create a topic to design instructional content using various multimedia tools.

The instructional topic I created was on how to be a conversational seller. The target audience is retail sales associate RSA. The RSA is somewhat intensively motivated by what personally drives them to come to work. The current knowledge level about conversational sales techniques is introductory or low.  The purpose of the instructional content is to educate sales teams to become less transactional and more conversational in the selling process. Overall The concept of presentation is to analyze customers' body language and verbal clues for additional products or services.
